This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of a cutting-edge engineering organization working at the forefront of robotics and advanced technology.
You will own full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering roles, from initial intake through offer acceptance.
Working closely with hiring managers and the People team, you will develop targeted recruiting strategies and build strong pipelines of exceptional technical talent.
You will combine proactive sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful candidate engagement to deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
The role also provides an opportunity to improve recruiting processes, documentation, and systems as the organization scales.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software and hardware engineering positions, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, selection, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and align on hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent platforms, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively identify, engage, and assess technical talent while developing meaningful relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain an efficient and positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to engineering leaders, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and pipeline information within the applicant tracking system.
- Monitor searches and proactively address bottlenecks, sourcing challenges, and process issues that could affect hiring timelines.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, workflows, and team initiatives designed to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Help strengthen inclusive and equitable recruiting practices while ensuring candidates receive a professional, consistent, and engaging experience.
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally including at least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical positions, particularly software and/or hardware engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical searches simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting hiring deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting and candidate data.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience recruiting within robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, or other deep-technology industries is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting high-growth engineering organizations is a plus.

- Competitive base salary range of $122,000–$190,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
