Job Description

Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

This is an opportunity to shape products at the intersection of logistics, enterprise software, and applied AI.
You will define product strategy for complex solutions that help large organizations plan, execute, and manage delivery operations.
Working closely with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams, you will turn operational challenges into scalable product experiences.
You will engage directly with enterprise customers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and deliver measurable improvements to real-world workflows.
The role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
You will also explore emerging AI models and agent capabilities, rapidly testing their potential across operational use cases.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where you can influence both product direction and business growth.

Accountabilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions, aligning product priorities with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to design, build, and launch scalable features that integrate with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems.
  • Lead product discovery by gathering insights from customers, internal stakeholders, market research, and operational data to identify opportunities and improve existing capabilities.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle, including concept development, scoping, prioritization, requirements definition, technical validation, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases, validate requirements, and ensure releases improve real operational workflows.
  • Translate ambiguous customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases, and actionable development plans.
  • Create product documentation, enablement materials, and value narratives that support sales, customer success, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop analytics and reporting to measure adoption, product performance, customer outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay hands-on with emerging AI technologies by evaluating models, agent capabilities, and prototypes against real-world customer use cases.
  • Represent the product vision with customers, partners, and industry audiences, serving as a knowledgeable product advocate.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, logistics, supply chain, or related technology environments.
  • Strong technical acumen and hands-on understanding of APIs, system integrations, and complex enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct proactive discovery, identify unarticulated customer problems, and translate ambiguous needs into clear product requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and models, with an understanding of how emerging technologies can create value within operational workflows.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product development with engineering, design, technical sales, solutions, or similar teams.
  • Ability to create detailed requirements, user stories, use cases, and product documentation based on structured discovery and customer feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to use data to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, navigate changing priorities, and drive initiatives from 0 to 1 in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology is highly valued.
  • Experience launching AI-native or agent-driven product features is a plus.
  • Hands-on data analysis or financial modeling experience for quantifying product impact is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with an opportunity to participate in equity.
  • Fully remote, remote-first working environment.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Quarterly broader-team onsite gatherings to build relationships and collaborate in person.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact within an early-stage, well-funded technology company.
  • High-ownership environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Exposure to enterprise logistics, AI-native technologies, and complex real-world operational challenges.
