Senior Manager, Web

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Web based in the United States.

The Senior Manager, Web will lead the strategy, evolution, and performance of a global digital ecosystem supporting brand, engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across web strategy, UX, analytics, optimization, and project management. You’ll shape a scalable web experience that connects business priorities with the needs of customers and users. Working closely with marketing, product, design, content, operations, and regional teams, you’ll create alignment and turn insights into measurable improvements. The role has broad ownership, from defining the web roadmap to managing complex initiatives and experimentation programs. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where data, innovation, and continuous optimization are central to how digital experiences are built and improved.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and own the overarching web strategy, aligning site architecture, navigation, content structure, UX, and digital experiences with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency across website design, layouts, messaging, and regional experiences while maintaining a cohesive global digital presence.
  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, improved user experiences, and stronger digital performance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Operations, Analytics, and Regional Marketing teams to prioritize initiatives and align web activities with business goals.
  • Act as a key bridge between digital, marketing, and product stakeholders, balancing commercial priorities, brand standards, technical considerations, and user needs.
  • Lead web projects from initial intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation, managing timelines, scope, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple workstreams, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring stakeholders provide the necessary inputs, assets, and approvals.
  • Improve digital team operations by standardizing processes, optimizing workflows, and promoting effective project management practices.
  • Use web analytics and reporting tools to monitor traffic, engagement, user journeys, conversion, and performance across key pages and funnels.
  • Establish and track KPIs with analytics and content teams, translating quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage a structured experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing designed to improve traffic quality, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with analytics and UX teams to prioritize experiments, evaluate results, document learnings, and share optimization best practices across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in web, digital marketing, product management, or a closely related field, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience developing digital strategy and leading cross-functional alignment across complex web ecosystems and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong expertise in web analytics and performance optimization, including GA4, tag management, dashboards, conversion tracking, and related measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, or comparable tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles and how they contribute to digital acquisition and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations and narratives for both working teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within agile environments and using tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across marketing, product, design, analytics, and regional teams.
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach, combining long-term vision with a willingness to execute, troubleshoot, and drive projects forward.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about emerging digital, UX, analytics, experimentation, and web technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable results.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary of $150,000–$185,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for a stock option grant.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus, depending on role and applicable compensation structure.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off.
  • Certain paid and protected leaves of absence.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact global web strategy within a growing technology environment.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation, open communication, and ownership.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of data, digital experiences, AI, analytics, and emerging technology.
  • An environment that supports professional development and meaningful, career-defining work.
