This role will lead strategic forecasting, performance analytics, and planning for a fast-paced digital business.
You will turn historical trends, market signals, and complex datasets into actionable business projections.
Working across Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams, you will help shape decisions around growth and resource allocation.
The role combines statistical analysis, commercial thinking, and strategic storytelling to explain not only what is happening, but why.
You will influence leadership through clear performance insights, scenario modeling, and forward-looking recommendations.

- Develop and manage demand forecasting models that support annual planning and recurring re-forecasting cycles for eCommerce businesses.
- Lead planning and forecasting across strategic partners and core business performance, creating a unified view of demand and business outlook.
- Prepare weekly business reviews and monthly business reviews, presenting performance analysis, scenarios, key findings, and recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze business performance drivers and variances against forecasts, conducting detailed root-cause analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Own recurring performance reporting and deliver ad hoc analyses that address evolving business priorities and strategic questions.
- Lead scenario modeling and performance measurement for promotional strategies, evaluating factors such as timing, depth, targeting, lift, cannibalization, and margin impact.
- Build reusable analytical frameworks that enable consistent evaluation of future promotional and investment scenarios.
- Monitor competitive and market intelligence, translating insights into recommendations for promotional, product, and broader business strategies.
- Serve as a source of truth for key business definitions, metrics, and performance measures across multiple business areas, ensuring consistency in stakeholder reporting.
- Partner on cross-functional analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and revenue optimization projects.
- Support strategic initiatives involving market sizing, competitive analysis, investment evaluation, and ROI modeling.
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategic Planning, Quantitative Finance, or a closely related analytical field.
- Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis, including time-series analysis, regression, and causal modeling.
- Solid understanding of commercial performance drivers and retail mathematics, with the ability to connect analytical findings to business outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with ambiguous datasets while developing scalable analytical frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights and communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent attention to detail and the ability to move effectively from high-level analysis to hands-on execution.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain the story behind performance data and recommend clear actions.
- Experience using AI to build dashboards, accelerate analysis, or develop connective storytelling models is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership of analytical projects from definition through delivery.
- Annual salary range of $83,498–$143,140 USD, with compensation determined based on factors such as location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
