- Proven track record of developing and scaling integrated, cross-channel marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience building global campaign systems that support consistent execution across multiple regions, market segments, and customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market go-to-market strategies, including account-based marketing, partner ecosystems, and complex B2B buying journeys.
- Experience marketing technology platforms or enterprise solutions, particularly within collaboration, communications, cloud, AI, or enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, experimentation, performance optimization, and marketing operations.
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to remain close to execution, campaign performance, and optimization.
- Ability to balance long-term brand strategy with performance marketing rigor and near-term commercial priorities.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and change-management skills in a complex global environment.
