The Role

This isn’t just a step up, it’s a position of ownership within the store.

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading shifts with confidence and calm energy

• Setting the tone for service and customer experience

• Supporting and guiding the team in real time

• Maintaining our non-negotiable allergen and food safety standards

• Ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the store

You’ll still work across all areas, but with a leadership lens:

• Front of House: elevating service, supporting team flow

• Back of House: overseeing quality, consistency, and safety

• Operations: stock awareness, cleanliness, and daily rhythm

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista / hospitality experience

• Has supervisory experience or is ready to step into leadership

• Leads by example. Calm, proactive, and reliable

• Has strong attention to detail (especially around allergens)

• Takes ownership and pride in their work

• Naturally supports and uplifts those around them

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need the mindset.
