Business Process Analyst Principal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Analyst Principal based in United States.

This is a senior business process and operations role supporting a major federal healthcare modernization program.
You will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen program visibility, and enable teams to execute critical government initiatives effectively.
The role combines business analysis, project coordination, reporting, acquisition support, and process improvement in a highly collaborative environment.
You will work closely with Task Order Managers, program teams, and stakeholders to keep priorities moving and ensure important deliverables remain on track.
Your ability to organize complex information and identify workflow improvements will directly contribute to smoother program operations.
The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional domestic travel and opportunities to work on meaningful public-sector healthcare initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Support operational activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including initiating and tracking acquisition requests and related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and other program and contract-related deliverables.
  • Conduct Labor Category (LCAT) verifications to ensure alignment with program requirements and applicable standards.
  • Route Project Work Authorization (PWA) requests for timely review, approval, and documentation.
  • Log, monitor, and report employee travel requests in accordance with applicable Task Order guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and project support to Task Order Managers across a variety of initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Track and maintain Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), ensuring required updates and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support recurring partner meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, tracking decisions, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Create and maintain task order tracking tools and other program artifacts to improve visibility into progress, deliverables, and completion status.
  • Analyze routine administrative workflows and identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between Task Order Managers and team members, facilitating clear communication, collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Support program leadership with organization, reporting, documentation, and other activities that contribute to successful mission outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, administration, program support, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholders in a structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% as required.
  • Experience with Concur, Workday, SC360, or PowerApps is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting contract and Task Order Management functions within federal contracting environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal healthcare IT programs, Indian Health Service environments, and related compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Experience preparing deliverables such as AIR forms, SOWs, MPRs, and similar program documentation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with program-specific tools, policies, and operational processes is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working within an Indian Health Service environment is a plus.
