The Integrated Client Solutions Director is responsible for leading strategic client relationships and delivering integrated digital media solutions that support business growth. This role requires a combination of consultative leadership, advertising expertise, and operational excellence to ensure clients receive exceptional value and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring business goals and media objectives remain central to all engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership for complex accounts, ensuring alignment between client priorities, media strategies, and campaign execution.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies using expertise across digital channels, including programmatic, search, social, and direct media.
- Oversee collaboration between internal teams to create, present, and execute effective media plans.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improved campaign performance through data-driven recommendations.
- Support sales initiatives, including pre-sale strategy development, client presentations, and new business opportunities.
- Manage campaign-related challenges by evaluating issues, developing solutions, and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a thought leader in digital media strategy, helping advance client solutions and service quality.
The successful candidate will bring extensive digital media expertise, strong client management capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced technology environment. The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing complex advertising initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, including direct media and programmatic channels, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including client leadership and media buying within the industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, search, social media, and emerging media technologies.
- Proven ability to lead strategic client engagements and deliver consultative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex challenges and competing priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively across sales, media, technology, and client-facing teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to client service and relationship management.

- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $97,670 - $125,000 USD, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
