The Product Manager - Compliance will play a key role in shaping innovative B2B SaaS solutions that help organizations manage risk, governance, and compliance more effectively.
This role combines strategic product ownership, customer discovery, and agile execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams across global locations.

Accountabilities:

The Product Manager - Compliance is responsible for owning product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring solutions meet customer and business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to translate complex compliance challenges into valuable product experiences.

  • Lead product strategy by conducting customer discovery, analyzing market opportunities, and defining product initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions that are valuable, feasible, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Prioritize product opportunities and solution approaches using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF.
  • Promote agile methodologies and improve delivery processes across cross-functional teams to increase transparency, speed, and product quality.
  • Use AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping, testing ideas, and validating product concepts.
  • Own go-to-market planning for new product features, collaborating with marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Represent the product function in customer meetings, demos, webinars, and feedback sessions to communicate product vision and gather insights.
  • Work with product operations teams to improve documentation, demo experiences, adoption metrics, and overall product effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments and a passion for building user-centered technology solutions. They should combine strategic thinking, technical curiosity, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Previous experience working in product management, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to use AI tools to create and iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience with product management and software delivery platforms such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to coordinate go-to-market strategies, internal enablement, training, and sales support activities.
  • Experience leading customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and webinars.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global virtual teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed development teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
