  • Represent the business at major conferences, trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, strengthening market presence and identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate across regions and functions to ensure sales teams consistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and growth objectives.
  • Establish a strong culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, personal ownership, and continuous development across the commercial organization.
Requirements:

  • 15+ years of successful professional sales experience, including a demonstrated track record of new business development, territory expansion, and individual account growth.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with the ability to build organizations, develop leaders, and drive consistent performance.
  • At least 5 years of sales or technical experience within the solar or broader renewable energy industry.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple US states and operating within geographically distributed commercial organizations.
  • International business experience across Europe, Asia, and/or the Middle East is preferred.
  • Strong experience developing and executing metric-driven sales strategies, including quota setting, forecasting, performance measurement, and accountability.
  • Experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, particularly testing or certification services, is preferred.
