šŸ”§ Your Mission

Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all mechanical assets by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You’ll help minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

šŸ› ļø What You’ll Do

Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, HVAC, irrigation, production machinery)
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively to reduce downtime
  • Install, align, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed

Inspections & Preventative Maintenance

  • Conduct regular inspections and document findings
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs in line with schedules and SOPs
  • Identify risks, wear, and inefficiencies—proactively recommending improvements

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly

Documentation & Communication

  • Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and parts tracking
  • Communicate equipment status and repair timelines clearly with team members
  • Contribute insights to continuous improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to prioritize work
  • Support emergency repairs and occasional off-hours maintenance
  • Assist with contractor coordination when required
āœ… What You Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience (industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, or similar environments)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Comfortable using tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments

Nice to Have:

  • Technical diploma (Mechanical Maintenance, Millwright, Industrial Mechanics, etc.)
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Welding, fabrication, or basic electrical skills
  • Valid driver’s license
