What You’ll Do:

As a 310T/310J Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the shop
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on tractors and trailers
• Assisting with preventative and predictive maintenance planning
• Testing repaired equipment to confirm proper performance
• Performing lubrication, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
• Maintaining accurate records using our work order software
• Ensuring proper use and storage of shop tools
• Tracking parts used and communicating with the Service Coordinator
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Completing additional mechanical tasks as required

What You Bring:

• Valid 310T/310J Technician License
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic in the transportation industry
• Valid G driver’s license (A or D is an asset)
• Strong mechanical abilities in gas and diesel repair
• Knowledge of PACCAR, Cummins, Detroit, and related diagnostic systems (asset)
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced shop
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Flexibility with hours and shifts (asset, not required)
