This position will blend administrative, bookkeeping and customer service skills to support the overall functions of our corporate office. This role provides the opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include, not limited to:
§ Communicate with clients, employees, and other individuals to answer questions
§ Record daily accounts receivables/payables transactions
§ Manage monthly and quarterly sales tax in multiple states
§ Perform variety of administrative duties for upper management as well as projects as requested by executive team
§ Assist in managing benefits
§ Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts
§ Review & Manage credit card charges

Requirements:§ Proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel
§ 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
§ Analytical
