This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultant/Developer based in Canada.

This is a fully remote opportunity combining software development, technical consulting, and direct client collaboration.
You will help organizations translate their financial productivity needs into effective, scalable technology solutions.
The role spans the full client lifecycle, from discovery and implementation through customization, deployment, testing, and post-live support.
You’ll work closely with consultants and customers to understand requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions.
Strong development skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused approach will be central to your success.
The environment is collaborative and global, with opportunities to work across a modern technology stack and develop new technical capabilities.
It’s an ideal role for a developer who enjoys solving complex problems while making a tangible impact for customers.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage client implementations and technical projects, ensuring solutions are delivered successfully and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Work closely with consulting teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Customize and enhance financial productivity solutions to address client-specific needs.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions, including reports and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions using relevant data technologies.
  • Conduct technical investigations, troubleshoot issues, and identify effective solutions.
  • Provide full lifecycle technical support to clients, from implementation through post-live operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and a positive customer experience.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and consulting skills to balance technical considerations with client objectives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated software development experience, with T-SQL knowledge required as a minimum.
  • Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases; familiarity with T-SQL, SSAS, or SSRS is highly valuable.
  • Exposure to technologies such as HTML5, AngularJS, C#, or comparable development stacks is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to unfamiliar technical environments.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical, consulting, implementation, or development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating technical challenges.
  • A customer-centric mindset and ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across implementation, development, troubleshooting, and client support.
  • Experience in Legal IT or technology solutions for professional services is a plus, but not required.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working arrangement in Canada.
  • 15 days of annual vacation, excluding public holidays.
  • 2 additional personal days for personal use.
  • 3 additional company-wide days off between Christmas and New Year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Online wellbeing programs, webinars, and access to online therapy.
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and a company-wide wellness day.
  • Enhanced parental leave, secondary caregiver leave, and fertility support.
  • Retirement plan, life assurance, and flexible spending benefits.
  • Career development opportunities and study leave options.
  • Volunteer opportunities, including company-organized events and individual volunteer days.
  • A global, growing environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.
