- Experience with developer tooling or software infrastructure companies is highly desirable.
- Active participation in startup, technology, or engineering communities is an advantage.

- Fully remote position with flexible working schedules.
- Remote collaboration across the Americas, with working hours aligned to UTC-8 through UTC.
- Significant autonomy and ownership, with an environment that encourages experimentation and fast execution.
- Opportunity to work closely with founders, senior leadership, and technical teams.
- Modern recruiting and technology stack, including tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, Notion, and other contemporary platforms.
- Low-ego, collaborative team culture focused on trust, ownership, and solving meaningful problems.
- Opportunities to participate in team offsites, conferences, meetups, and other community events, with some travel expected.
- Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
