The Director of Strategic Accounts will lead enterprise sales initiatives focused on acquiring and growing relationships with some of the largest organizations in North America.
This role is responsible for building executive-level partnerships, driving complex sales cycles, and demonstrating the business value of innovative technology solutions.
You will work with strategic prospects across industries that rely on large-scale physical operations, helping them improve safety, efficiency, and operational visibility.
The position requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

The Director of Strategic Accounts will own the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies, focusing on creating new business opportunities and closing high-value deals with strategic customers. This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage complex sales processes from prospecting through contract execution.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities, developing relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Lead complex sales cycles with large organizations, including Fortune-level companies and enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
- Establish trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders by understanding business challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Develop internal champions within target accounts to support successful negotiations, RFP processes, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with account teams, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to create compelling customer strategies and value propositions.
- Leverage customer insights, market data, and analytics to improve sales strategies and optimize buying decisions.
- Work with technical teams to demonstrate integrations, platform capabilities, and ecosystem value to prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective account planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and technology developments to provide consultative guidance.
- Identify market opportunities and share insights that contribute to product and business strategy improvements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to manage complex deals, influence executive stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue goals. You should be comfortable operating independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience or relevant industry sales experience.
- Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organizations and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, supported by measurable business results and revenue growth.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large-scale enterprise agreements.
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to develop short-, medium-, and long-term sales plans.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and customer-focused solution positioning.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing enterprise accounts across the Eastern United States.
- Experience in industries involving transportation, logistics, construction, energy, manufacturing, or other operationally complex environments is a plus.
- On-target earnings range of $320,000 - $350,000 USD (base salary plus commissions).
