About This Position
Signature Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development & Operations Coordinator to support our Purchasing, Architecture, Land, Construction, and Warranty teams. This role is critical in coordinating communication, managing documentation, supporting budgets and bids, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support across multiple departments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Track, process, and distribute job-related documentation
Purchasing & Architecture
- Create and maintain budget templates and lot-specific budgets
- Input and track budgets, change orders, and approvals
- Assist with plan submittals, permitting, and sales requests
- Distribute and track sequence sheets and plot plans
Land & Construction
- Set up and maintain projects for budget tracking
- Coordinate requests for job site needs (permits, utilities, equipment)
- Track and maintain permits and construction documentation
Warranty Coordination
- Manage post-closing homeowner warranty requests
- Assign and track work orders with field teams and vendors
- Monitor progress and maintain warranty reports
Team & Event Support
- Assist with company events, meetings, and internal initiatives
- Support planning, coordination, and budget tracking for team activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with construction software (preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction processes (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Office-based with occasional travel to job sites
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
