The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 20-24 hr per week
• Mandatory Saturdays and rotating evening and morning

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 6-8 months of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and Carecru is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
