- Experience working directly with engineering teams and translating business, partnership, and customer requirements into actionable technical requirements.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and a practical understanding of the technical concepts involved in connecting third-party platforms and services.
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment where processes and functions may need to be established from the ground up.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, marketing, leadership, and external partner organizations.
- Proven ability to manage several concurrent workstreams across business development and product responsibilities while maintaining organization and accountability.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure where it does not yet exist.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to serve as a credible, responsive, and trusted representative to external vendors and integration partners.
- Competitive compensation package, with specific compensation details determined based on the role, experience, and applicable market factors.
