- Negotiating and closing contracts while overcoming objections and securing long-term client commitment
- Tracking performance against sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth objectives
You bring a strong background in consultative sales within SaaS, travel, or complex B2B environments, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You are confident engaging senior decision-makers and skilled at translating business challenges into commercial solutions. Key qualifications include:

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing structured pipelines
- Strong financial acumen, including ability to articulate ROI and business impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
- Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
- French language proficiency is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
- Competitive base salary within a Canadian range of approximately $71,862–$121,862, plus sales incentive plan
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and wellbeing support
- Retirement and savings programs with employer support
- Paid parental leave and family support programs
- Flexible work arrangements and inclusive, collaborative culture
- Access to extensive learning platforms and professional development resources
- Travel perks and discounted travel services for employees
- Employee inclusion networks and global community initiatives
- Strong internal mobility and career growth opportunities
