Drive Growth. Serve Essential Businesses. Win with an Industry Leader.

Are you a skilled B2B sales professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact while building a rewarding career?

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader to grow our presence across one of the most dynamic commercial markets in the country — the Greater Los Angeles metropolitan area extending west through Coastal Ventura County. This territory blends dense urban and industrial corridors with coastal agricultural and hospitality markets, spanning food production and cold storage, entertainment and media campuses, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily housing, and expansive warehousing and logistics hubs feeding the ports of LA and Long Beach. If you understand the operational pressures faced by high-volume, compliance-driven businesses and excel at consultative selling, we want to connect.

At Sprague, we don’t just sell pest control — we deliver peace of mind. This is your chance to partner with mission-critical industries to protect operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard public health. Our clients include food processors, healthcare and senior-living facilities, hospitality properties, studios and production facilities, warehouses, and commercial real estate operators that depend on reliable, proactive service across one of the most competitive markets in the West. If you’re motivated by building long-term partnerships and delivering practical, science-based solutions that truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’re seeking autonomy and unlimited growth potential, and consultative sales and territory ownership are your superpowers, then you might be Sprague’s next sales leader.
