What You Will Do

• Consult & Solve: Partner with customers to recommend the right solutions for renovation projects.
• Drive Growth: Actively generate new business and identify new opportunities within the territory.
• Own the Field: Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and lead customer meetings.
• Manage Accounts: Build and grow relationships with multifamily and construction clients.
• Master Your Pipeline: Use CRM tools to track opportunities and stay on track to achieve your commission targets.
• Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure every renovation project is a success.

What we are looking for

• A strong sales professional who knows how to build relationships, solve customer problems, and close business.
• Experience in cabinet sales, multifamily, construction, renovation, or related industries is highly valued.
• Confidence working directly with customers in the field.
• Ability to understand project needs, take measurements, and guide solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
