SecurityRI.com is now hiring. Join our team this summer in Narragansett! We’re hiring professional, public-facing Security Officers for first shift weekend coverage at a high-visibility location. This is a seasonal position ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Details:

Shift: First Shift (Weekends Only)

Location: Narragansett, RI

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Seasonal Position: Summer coverage with potential for extended opportunities

Responsibilities:

Provide a visible, welcoming security presence at assigned post

Interact professionally with the public, visitors, and property personnel

Monitor site activity and enforce property rules in a courteous and consistent manner

Document incidents and communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency personnel if needed

Represent our company with integrity, reliability, and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – this is a public-facing role

Must be reliable, punctual, and presentable

Prior security, military, or customer service experience is a plus

Ability to remain alert, courteous, and professional in all situations

Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation

Personal Vehicle & Drivers License

Clean National & State BCI

1-2 years of security experience (preferred, however we can train)

Technical Skills as you will be required to fill in an electronic report & utilize our smart phone app
