Position Summary
- Responsible for providing front desk and Medical Center directional assistance. Greets and assists guests as applicable. Directs incoming guest and telephone calls to appropriate designations. Assists in training volunteer staff.

  - Provides complimentary beverages to guests in designated waiting areas.
