The Opportunity:

TheBilling Coordinatorposition requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will:

Track and receive timesheets daily.
Ensure contracts and supporting documentation are consistent with incoming timesheets
Validate that timesheets have required signatures
Monitor travel receipts, resolve issues to ensure timeliness of billing
Process timesheets and all related travel for Billing

Heres what we look for:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong MS-Excel skills
Prior billing experience a plus
Demonstrable organizational skills
Enjoy working in a high energy,deadline-orientedenvironment
Effective decision-making and follow-through
Ability to effectively communicate process to internal/external customers
Able to effectively manage time, multi-task and set priorities
Ability to work independently and with a team
Possess strong analytical thinking andproblem-solvingskills
