About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our growth in the Orlando commercial market. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in commercial sales and gain hands-on experience in business development within the commercial cleaning and facility services industry.

This role offers training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a senior sales position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in prospecting and developing new commercial accounts
• Support sales outreach efforts through calls, emails, and site visits
• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Learn and present company services to prospective customers
• Assist with proposal preparation and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams

• Interest in commercial sales and business development
• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $35,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
