We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our growth in the Orlando commercial market. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in commercial sales and gain hands-on experience in business development within the commercial cleaning and facility services industry.
This role offers training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a senior sales position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and developing new commercial accounts
- Support sales outreach efforts through calls, emails, and site visits
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Learn and present company services to prospective customers
- Assist with proposal preparation and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams
- Interest in commercial sales and business development
- Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $35,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
- Commission opportunities based on performance
