Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. $18 hourly starting salary

• Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
• Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
• Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
• Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Ability to pass background and child safety clearances.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
