The DSP plays a vital role in supporting individuals achieving their personal needs and goals, increase independence and experience community involvement. The DSP is responsible under the direction of the HCBS Coordinator to design and implement programming designed to meet the member's needs and personal choices and to foster and encourage positive life experiences. You will be required to work as a team to develop and implement various activities, life experiences, opportunities and community involvement to enrich persons served and contribute to personal growth.

At minimum you must have the following:

Must be 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Valid Iowa Driver's License (must maintain)

Successful completion of background check

Prior DSP experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:00pm

No Holidays or Weekends

Starting Pay:

$14.00 per hour
