The Opportunity

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for recruiting and hiring activities across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage the candidate experience from application to offer, and help shape the future of our workforce.

Beyond recruiting, you'll support a variety of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, including onboarding, employee engagement programs, recognition events, compliance activities, and community outreach efforts. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data, support workforce reporting, and help maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What You’ll Do:

What We're Looking For:

To be considered, candidates should meet one of the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and + 3 years of experience In a similar role performing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding responsibilities
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree and 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Relevant HR experience in a distribution, sales and service environment
