Dallas, TX

Are you an experienced aesthetic injector who loves looking at the whole face and skin, not just treating a single line, wrinkle, or concern?

Alive and Well is seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Laser Provider to join our growing Dallas aesthetics team. We’re looking for a skilled, confident provider with experience in both injectables and laser/energy-based treatments who understands how to combine modalities to create natural, thoughtful, long-term results.

This is an opportunity for a provider who wants to practice beyond traditional injectables. Our ideal candidate understands facial anatomy and aging, is highly skilled with injectable treatments, comfortable working with advanced aesthetic technology, and excited to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address skin quality, structure, volume, movement, pigmentation, texture, laxity, and overall facial balance.

At Alive and Well, we believe the best aesthetic outcomes rarely come from a single treatment.

Our providers take a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, assessing each client individually and creating personalized plans that may incorporate neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, lasers, radiofrequency, microneedling, professional skincare, and other advanced technologies.

You'll work with clients across a broad range of aesthetic concerns, from prevention and skin health to facial aging, volume loss, pigmentation, vascular concerns, texture, laxity, acne scarring, and overall rejuvenation.

Our Dallas aesthetics practice includes advanced technologies such as Fotona, Clarity II, XERF radiofrequency, microneedling and regenerative therapies, with additional technologies and treatment offerings continuing to expand.

You'll also practice within the larger Alive and Well ecosystem, alongside functional medicine providers, estheticians, wellness practitioners, IV therapy and restorative services, allowing you to collaborate and refer when a client's goals extend beyond aesthetics.

• Perform advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulatory treatments

• Safely perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments within your training, licensure and scope of practice

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Assess facial anatomy, proportions, volume, movement, skin quality and the aging process rather than treating concerns in isolation

• Combine injectable, laser, energy-based, regenerative and skincare modalities when appropriate to create comprehensive results

• Treat concerns including pigmentation, vascular lesions, uneven tone and texture, acne scarring, laxity, fine lines, wrinkles, volume loss and other signs of aging

• Educate clients on treatment options, realistic outcomes, sequencing, maintenance and appropriate pre- and post-care

• Develop long-term relationships and treatment plans that evolve with each client

• Recognize when another provider or modality would better serve the client and confidently collaborate and refer across the Alive and Well team

• Maintain meticulous standards for safety, documentation, photography, treatment protocols and follow-up

• Stay current on emerging techniques, technologies, regenerative therapies and developments within aesthetic medicine

• Contribute to a collaborative culture of clinical excellence, education, growth and exceptional client care

• Licensed medical professional with an active Texas license and appropriate credentials to perform aesthetic injectables

• 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred

• Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers

• Hands-on experience performing laser and/or energy-based aesthetic treatments

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, facial aging and aesthetic assessment

• Experience developing comprehensive treatment plans rather than treating individual concerns in isolation

• Strong understanding of skin health, pigmentation, texture, collagen remodeling and age-related changes

• Excellent clinical judgment and commitment to safe, natural-looking outcomes

• Confidence educating clients and discussing appropriate treatment recommendations

• Strong consultation and relationship-building skills

• Professional, collaborative, curious and committed to continued education and growth

Experience with:

Neuromodulators • Dermal Fillers • Biostimulators • Fotona • Clarity II • Radiofrequency • Laser Rejuvenation • Laser Hair Removal • Vascular & Pigment Treatments • Microneedling • Regenerative Aesthetics • PRP/PRF • Combination Treatment Planning

Experience with every technology we offer is not required. We care about finding a provider with an excellent clinical foundation, strong aesthetic judgment, technical skill, and the desire to continue learning and mastering new modalities.

You care deeply about results, but you don't chase trends or over-treat.

You understand that sometimes the right answer is filler, sometimes it's a laser, sometimes it's improving skin quality, and sometimes it's doing less.

You're comfortable having thoughtful consultations, educating clients and making recommendations based on what will actually create the best outcome.

You're also excited by the idea of working somewhere that sees aesthetics as part of a much bigger picture of health, confidence and longevity.

Alive and Well is not a traditional med spa.

We are an integrative wellness and aesthetics company bringing functional medicine, advanced aesthetics, restorative therapies and wellness together under one roof.

For an aesthetic provider, that creates an unusually broad toolbox. You can collaborate with estheticians, functional medicine providers and other wellness professionals while having access to advanced technologies and an evolving menu of aesthetic and regenerative treatments.

As part of our Dallas team, you'll have:

• Access to advanced injectable, laser and energy-based technologies

• Opportunities for advanced training and continued education

• The ability to expand your expertise across multiple aesthetic modalities

• A sophisticated clientele invested in both aesthetics and long-term health

• Collaboration with providers across aesthetics, functional medicine and wellness

• The opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding aesthetics practice

• A culture that values expertise, integrity, innovation, hospitality and exceptional care

If you're an experienced injector and laser provider who wants to practice comprehensive aesthetics, expand your skills, and create exceptional long-term outcomes for your clients, we'd love to meet you.

Alive and Well is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
