POSITION OVERVIEW

This seasonal position, with the potential for full-time employment, involves assisting with chemical application services to enhance the growth, health, and vitality of both newly installed and existing lawns. The role also focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to encourage contract renewals and drive new sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Mixes and applies both granulated and liquid materials safely and precisely
• Maintains accurate records and works closely with the Crew Leader or Service Manager to ensure proper customer records are kept on all applications for billing and non-billing purposes
• Provides both written and verbal lawn analysis quotes to potential customers along with recommendations to improve the quality of the customer's lawn
• Develops comprehensive and individualized customer specific care plans to maintain lawn
• Pursues new customer contracts and re-enrollment of existing customers
• Maintains a clean and safe work site including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment
• Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Position may perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
• Degree in Turf Grass Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
