Superintendent
Reports To: Operations Manager
Experience: 10+ years

Role Summary
Leads multi-crew field operations with accountability for safety, schedule, manpower, and labor cost.

Core Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple foremen and crews
• Control field sequencing and manpower planning
• Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and clients
• Enforce company standards across sites

Pay Band
• Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)

Performance Expectations (Measurable)
• Cost: Field labor variance ≤ ±3%
• Schedule: Site schedule adherence ≥ 95%
• Safety: Zero lost-time incidents

Leadership Expectations (Measurable)
• Develops at least one Foreman into Superintendent-ready role
• Positive feedback from PMs and clients
• Maintains high morale and low turnover across crews
