Foreman / Fabrication Shop Lead
Reports To: Superintendent Experience: 7+ years

Role Summary
Owns daily crew execution, short-term planning, and field productivity.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead crews of 3–5 employees
• Execute 2-week look-ahead planning for assigned jobsite
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow on site
• Enforce safety and quality standards

Pay Band
• Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)

Performance Expectations (Measurable)
• Productivity: Labor performance within ±5% of budget
• Schedule: Site schedule adherence ≥ 95%
• Safety: Zero unreported safety incidents

Leadership Expectations (Measurable)
• Crew retention ≥ 90% annually
• Conducts daily toolbox talks
• Develops at least one crew member toward next-tier readiness annually
