Are You Earning What You’re Actually Worth as a Financial Advisor?

You became a financial advisor to help people change their financial future- not to spend your days cold calling, chasing prospects, handling paperwork, or wondering where your next client will come from.

If you’ve been in the industry for 2 to 5 years, you’ve probably realized something:

You’re great with clients. They trust you. They refer you. They value your advice.

But instead of spending your time doing what you do best, you’re spending too much of it prospecting, marketing, and managing tasks that don’t generate revenue.

Most firms tell you that’s simply the price of success. We don’t.

We’ve built a business that allows advisors to focus on what actually creates value- meeting with qualified prospects, building relationships, closing business, and helping people retire with confidence.

We invest heavily in your success by providing:

• Warm, pre-qualified appointments placed directly on your calendar
• Marketing systems designed to generate qualified prospects
• A dedicated appointment setter
• Administrative, operational, trading, and client service support
• Experienced coaches and mentors with decades of real-world success
• A repeatable process designed to help advisors grow

No cold calling. No building everything from scratch. No trying to be the advisor, marketer, administrator, and appointment setter all at once.

Your job becomes simple: Meet people. Build trust. Change lives. Repeat.

Imagine walking into your office knowing your calendar is already filled with qualified appointments.

Imagine spending your time giving advice instead of searching for people to give it to.

Imagine having an entire organization whose success depends on helping you succeed.

That’s what we’ve built.

At Retirement Income Source, SFG, we help clients approaching or in retirement make informed financial decisions through education-driven financial planning and an established seven-step process.

Our advisors are at the center of that work- and we’ve intentionally built the teams, technology, and infrastructure around them so they can stay focused on their clients.

We’re looking for advisors who have already built a strong foundation, know they’re capable of more, and are willing to learn a better way to grow.

If you’re coachable, driven, and genuinely enjoy helping people, we’ll provide the systems, support, and mentorship designed to help you reach your potential.

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
• Active Series 65 license
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Proven ability to build relationships and close business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable mindset and desire to grow

The opportunity to build a bigger career without having to build every piece of the business yourself.

• Salary plus commission-based compensation
• Significant earning potential based on performance
• Warm, pre-qualified appointments—no cold calling or self-prospecting
• Company-paid health benefits
• Direct mentorship from experienced industry leaders
• Full operational, administrative, trading, and client service support
• Established processes, technology, and infrastructure built to help you grow

We don’t hire advisors simply to fill seats.

We make a significant investment in every advisor who joins our team through coaching, mentorship, marketing, technology, and ongoing support.

And because we’re continuing to grow throughout New England, we’re always interested in meeting talented advisors who may be ready for something different.

Maybe you’re doing well where you are- but wondering if you could be doing better.

Maybe you love being an advisor- but you’re tired of spending so much of your time trying to find your next client.

Or maybe you’re simply curious about what your career could look like with an entire team behind you.

That’s enough reason to have a conversation.

If what you’ve read resonates with you, apply and let’s talk.

We’d love to learn more about what you’ve built so far, where you want your career to go next, and share what it’s really like to work within our model.

You don’t have to be ready to make a move. You just have to be open to the conversation.
