OVERVIEW
The Treasury Management Officer is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert embedded within Patriot Bank's Banking team. This role partners closely with Relationship Managers and other lines of business to deepen client relationships by identifying and delivering treasury management solutions that help clients optimize their working capital and payment operations. This role serves as the TM resource for the broader banking team, bringing specialized expertise to joint client engagements and ensuring clients receive solutions tailored to their financial needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and other lines of business to identify treasury management opportunities within new and existing client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings as the TM subject matter expert, providing consultative guidance on working capital optimization and payment solutions.
- Support deposit relationship deepening and deposit growth as a collaborative outcome of TM solution delivery, in alignment with team goals.
- Conduct proactive relationship reviews alongside the banking team to uncover unmet TM needs and expand solution utilization.
- Serve as the primary TM advisor on client engagements, providing strategic guidance on industry trends, best practices, and solution recommendations.
- Prepare and present TM proposals in collaboration with the relationship team; coordinate seamless onboarding and implementation of new services.
- Advise internal partners on TM service profitability and non-credit risk considerations for client relationships.
- Respond to RFPs and support the broader team in competitive client retention and deepening efforts.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Complete all required compliance training and maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes, including UCC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
- Adhere to Patriot Bank's internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support bank operations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in treasury management, banking, or a client advisory role.
- Expert knowledge of treasury management products, services, and cash flow optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of business and banking regulations including UCC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert-level understanding of treasury management products and corporate cash flow optimization.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Relationship Management, Client Service, and Operations teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal partners and external clients at the executive level.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving with the ability to mobilize internal resources to deliver client solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Travel: Travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and industry events.
