About Us:

Sun Services provides roll-off dumpster service for a wide range of industries in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Based out of Beltsville, Maryland, Sun supports contractors and homeowners alike within a 75-mile radius of Washington, DC. Sun Services specializes in LEED construction projects through responsible material handling and separation, to detailed project documentation. We are vertically integrated with Sun Recycling, a construction and demolition recycling facility, based in Beltsville, MD to process our customers’ job site waste. Minimum Requirements:

A Sun Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher must have the following:

• Accredited High School Diploma or Equivalent
• High Level of Professionalism
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in-office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday Through Friday
• Minimum Availability to work On-Call once per month
• Flexibility to manage calls/orders after-hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team

About the position:

A Sun Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher is responsible for the following:

• Engaging with our valued and future customers
• Coordinating with our dedicated drivers
• Managing Service Orders
• Addressing service-related issues
• Input ticket information and track activity on the provided software
• Manage incoming calls
• Proper use of resources and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish Language (reading, writing, & speaking)
• 2 years of experience in Administrative Support for the Transportation Industry
• Ability to quickly learn and grasp concepts
• Bachelor’s Degree
