As a Client Support Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You’ll handle a high volume of interactions via phone and email while working collaboratively with other departments to resolve inquiries. Whether assisting with hybrid proceedings or managing front desk duties, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service every day.

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA - On-site

🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Support office operations by assisting at the front desk when needed.
• Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and handle document-related tasks.
• Provide an outstanding client experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Legal experience is a plus, but not required!
