Baggage Porters, Bellhops, and Concierges Jobs Near Me in Georgia

Are you an experienced Attorney ready to build a legal career where you can make a real difference in the lives of families—without the pressure of billable hours?

At Nelson Elder Care Law, we are searching for a Probate Attorney to lead and oversee the client probate experience from start to finish. You will meet directly with clients and families, provide legal guidance, manage your own caseload, appear in court, and litigate matters when needed.

This is a role for an attorney who is ready to own their cases, make decisions, build relationships, and move matters forward.

You don't have to know everything on day one. We value attorneys who are curious, resourceful, and eager to learn. What matters most is your willingness to take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, find solutions, and follow through.

What makes us different?

No billable hours. Focus on serving clients and moving cases forward rather than tracking every minute of your day.
Real ownership from day one. Take an active role in your cases, develop strategies, make decisions, and guide clients through the legal process.
Meaningful client relationships. Help families navigate probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters during important and often difficult times in their lives.
Autonomy with team support. We trust our attorneys to take initiative while collaborating with a team that wants everyone to succeed.
A culture built on accountability. Our values aren't just words on a wall. We believe in taking ownership, supporting one another, and doing the right things for clients and teammates.
Room to grow. Continue developing your legal knowledge, strengthen your courtroom experience, and build confidence as a practicing attorney.

Prepare, review, and file probate pleadings, petitions, motions, and other legal documents as needed.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation when necessary. Also proactively monitor cases and take action to keep matters progressing and deadlines on track.
