Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Be our road warrior - traveling to franchise and independent dealerships weekly across the greater Atlanta region
• Master the art of door-to-door sales and relationship building with dealers
• Make strategic cold calls to identify new consignment opportunities
• Build lasting partnerships that drive mutual success for our Wednesday sales
• Coordinate vehicle transportation pickups like a logistics pro
• Monitor check-in processes and create detailed condition reports
• Handle arbitration when needed (we'll teach you our proven process!)
• Manage online listings to maximize vehicle exposure through our simulcast platform
• Be present on auction sale days (Wednesdays) to support operations and clients
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails (your dealers count on you!)
• Foster account growth through exceptional service and strategic thinking
• Help dealers understand our online bidding platform and simulcast capabilities

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

• Experience: Sales experience or auction/automotive industry experience (ideally both, but one is essential!)
• Willing to Train: The right attitude and eagerness to learn (can take you far with us)
• Driving Record: Clean driving record with unrestricted license (you'll be driving on our behalf across Georgia)
• Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the greater Atlanta area and Georgia automotive market a plus
