Partner with Engineering and cross‑functional leadership to ensure effective information flow, alignment on priorities, and execution of shared departmental goals and operational objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.

Conduct performance reviews, goal‑setting, and development planning aligned with departmental and company objectives.

Build bench strength and succession capability to support long‑term departmental stability and scalability.
