Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications on behalf of the director, handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with sales tracking, marketing campaign coordination, fleet management logistics, and related administrative tasks.
• Organize and maintain files, data, and records (including CRM entries, spreadsheets, and performance metrics).
• Support event planning, team meetings, and other initiatives to drive sales and marketing goals.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and perform other administrative duties as needed to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role for senior leadership (ideally in sales, marketing, or operations).
• Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning CRM or industry-specific software.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Uplifting, positive attitude and team-player mindset—someone who brings energy and optimism to the workplace.
• Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Experience in distribution, lubricants, sales, marketing, or fleet operations is a plus but not required.
• Clean driving record.
