HR Assistant in Alsip, Illinois at Donson Machine Co

We are looking for a dependable, bilingual HR Assistant to support our team with administrative and data entry tasks related to HR operations. This is not a traditional HR role — no prior HR experience is required. The position is focused on organizing information, maintaining records, and helping keep daily administrative work moving efficiently.

This is a straightforward, part-time role for someone who can come in, stay organized, get the work done accurately, and work independently.

We are a family-owned precision machine shop that manufactures components for the medical device industry. We value reliability, teamwork, and people who take pride in getting the job done right.

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and organized
• Comfortable with computers, email, and basic data entry, excel, etc.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Previous office or administrative experience is helpful but not required
