Wave Dental Specialists is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Treatment Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
We are a high-volume, multi-specialty dental practice connected to a thriving general dentistry office, providing comprehensive care including oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant dentistry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven dental sales leader who excels at building patient trust, presenting high-value treatment plans, and consistently driving case acceptance.

What You'll Do- Conduct consultations for high-value specialty dental treatments, including dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery, and comprehensive restorative care
- Present treatment plans and financing options in a clear, compassionate manner
- Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and treatment completion
- Collaborate closely with specialists, general dentists, and administrative teams to create seamless patient experiences
- Lead and mentor team members while helping drive practice growth and sales performance
- Maintain consistent patient follow-up and pipeline management
- Track performance metrics and help achieve monthly and annual production goals
- Dental industry experience REQUIRED
- Previous leadership experience in a dental practice REQUIRED
- Proven success closing high-value dental treatment plans
- Strong understanding of treatment financing options and patient communication
- Exceptional consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software and CRM systems preferred

Requirements:Education and Training
- 3+ years of dental business office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
