Product Manager Digital Commerce & Loyalty Platforms

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager – Digital Commerce & Loyalty Platforms based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape digital commerce and customer loyalty experiences across web and mobile ecosystems.
You will own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development through implementation, optimization, and launch.
Working closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business teams, you will translate customer and business needs into scalable digital products.
Your work will directly influence conversion, retention, engagement, revenue growth, and overall customer experience.
You will operate in an Agile environment, balancing competing priorities and ensuring teams remain focused on high-impact outcomes.
The role also provides exposure to enterprise commerce technologies, payment solutions, analytics platforms, and third-party partners.
It is well suited to a data-driven product leader who combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking and a passion for digital experiences.

Accountabilities
  • Define and execute product strategy for digital commerce platforms, customer engagement initiatives, and loyalty capabilities.
  • Lead the implementation, evolution, and continuous optimization of e-commerce applications across web and mobile ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with revenue growth, customer retention, engagement, and experience objectives.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring engineering capacity is directed toward the highest-value opportunities.
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that provide clear direction for engineering teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison between engineering, UX, business, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Partner with UX and design teams to create intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches for new platform capabilities and enhancements.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics, including conversion, retention, engagement, and digital revenue.
  • Use customer feedback, support trends, analytics, and system insights to identify improvements and guide prioritization.
  • Ensure digital products align with applicable payment standards, security requirements, compliance expectations, and enterprise best practices.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology providers, including payment gateways, analytics solutions, and marketing platforms.
  • Prepare structured product reporting and executive-level updates connected to broader business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, release plans, and governance records throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably focused on digital products, e-commerce, or commerce platforms.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital product implementations and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong experience working within Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven ownership of product roadmaps and backlogs, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact.
  • Strong ability to write structured user stories, functional requirements, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, UX/design, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer behavior and product performance data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities, including confidence presenting product strategies and performance to senior and executive audiences.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution, organization, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with third-party technology vendors is valuable.
  • Experience with loyalty or rewards programs, omnichannel commerce, payment integrations, checkout optimization, or high-volume transactional environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in retail or financial services environments is considered a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or Product Management certification is an asset.
Benefits
  • Annual compensation of approximately CAD $125,000–$135,000.
