Job Description

Description:
  • Enter and Maintain accurate job costing records
  • Review and verify timecards on daily basis for job costing purposes
  • Support with payroll processing
  • Assist with processing of subcontractor purchase order to ensure timely payment in accordance with the PO process
  • Receive COI requests and respond to request in a timely manner
  • Assist sales rep. with preparing support to project teams as needed
  • General administrative tasks related accounting and operations
  • Assist with document filing , scanning and data entry

Requirements:
  • Billing English / Spanish
  • Must be able o lift, carry. push or pull up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of accounting r related experience preferred
