Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Low Voltage (LV) Project Manager to support a hyperscale data center project in Clarksville, TN. This role will focus on the planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and quality standards across a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

You’ll work closely with the Electrical GC leadership, field teams, and client stakeholders, playing a key role in driving project delivery from early construction through turnover and commissioning support.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of low voltage electrical scope across the full project lifecycle (preconstruction through closeout)
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders related to LV systems
• Coordinate with engineering, controls, commissioning, and field teams to ensure system integration
• Oversee installation and execution of LV systems, including: Structured cabling (fiber/copper), Telecom and data infrastructure, security systems (CCTV, access control), fire alarm interfaces, controls/BMS integration points
• Support schedule development and tracking (lookaheads, milestone alignment, recovery planning)
• Drive quality control and installation standards in coordination with QA/QC teams
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and project-specific safety standards (LOTO, energized work protocols)
• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors, superintendents, and project stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

• 8+ years of experience in electrical project management within construction
• Strong experience managing low voltage / ELV systems on complex projects
• Background in mission-critical, data center, or large-scale industrial construction strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution interfaces (LV/MV coordination), structured cabling + telecom systems, controls/BMS integration
• Experience working with general contractors or major electrical contractors on large builds
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project / Primavera P6 (preferred))
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with field teams and client stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Previous experience on hyperscale data center projects (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with commissioning processes (L1–L5 / IST support)
• Exposure to fiber infrastructure, network deployment, or IT/telecom coordination
• Experience working in fast-track or highly phased construction environments
