This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultant — Aesthetics Projects based in Canada.

This remote consulting opportunity focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated business deliverables across PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF formats. You’ll use your professional judgment to assess the quality, realism, structure, and visual polish of AI-generated work. You’ll then refine the strongest outputs into reference-quality deliverables that meet professional client standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving how AI systems create polished, business-ready knowledge work. The role is well suited to professionals from consulting, investment banking, design, marketing communications, or other knowledge-work environments. You’ll work independently on flexible, project-based assignments while contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems.

• Compare multiple AI-generated versions of business deliverables and assess them across layout, spacing, typography, color, domain realism, consistency, and overall polish.

• Identify the strongest version of each deliverable and rework it into a high-quality, professional reference example.

• Review materials including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks, and PDFs with a critical eye for both content and design.

• Provide clear, evidence-based explanations for quality assessments, referencing specific slides, cells, tables, sections, or other elements and explaining their impact on the reader.

• Apply professional design and business judgment to ensure deliverables reflect realistic corporate standards.

• Help improve the quality of AI-generated knowledge work by producing polished outputs that could meet the expectations of consulting firms, financial institutions, corporate teams, or professional agencies.

• Work independently in a fully remote environment while managing project assignments and deliverables according to agreed timelines.

• Professional experience in design, marketing communications, management consulting, investment banking, corporate communications, agency work, or another knowledge-work discipline involving high-quality business deliverables.

• Strong visual judgment and the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies in alignment, spacing, margins, card dimensions, typography, hierarchy, and overall composition.

• A strong understanding of what makes a professional business document, presentation, or spreadsheet clear, credible, polished, and client-ready.

• Ability to articulate design and quality judgments clearly in writing and support assessments with specific evidence.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding presentation quality and consistency.

• Interest in both the substance and presentation of professional business materials.

• Access to the desktop versions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as native Office formatting capabilities are required for the work.

• Ability to work independently as an hourly contractor in a fully remote environment.

• Applicants must be eligible to work under the applicable contractor arrangements; H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.

• $80–$100 per hour for project work.

• Approximately 10 hours per week, offering flexibility alongside other professional commitments.
