This is a channel-focused sales role responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of targeted partner accounts.
You will build strong relationships with partners while identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and increase year-over-year revenue.
The position combines account management, pipeline development, sales enablement, and partner engagement within the networking and cybersecurity sectors.
You will help partners strengthen their sales capabilities through product training, best practices, and access to relevant resources.
Success will be measured through quota attainment, deal registrations, revenue growth, pipeline performance, and broader account development.
The role requires a proactive, commercially driven professional who can establish trust, influence partner decisions, and uncover new opportunities.
With frequent engagement at partner locations, this position offers a highly relationship-oriented environment where strong communication and initiative are essential.
- Meet and exceed assigned direct sales quotas while contributing to sustained revenue growth across targeted partner accounts.
- Expand product portfolio adoption within key partner accounts by identifying opportunities and developing effective account strategies.
- Enable partners through product training, sales best practices, and access to relevant partner resources.
- Evaluate account performance using deal registrations, revenue growth, pipeline activity, and other key success metrics.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth by developing existing partner relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Promote and support marketing initiatives within the channel community to strengthen partner engagement and commercial success.
- Develop a strong understanding of partner business models, organizational structures, priorities, and sales strategies.
- Qualify and onboard new partners while ensuring they are positioned for productive and sustainable engagement.
- Manage and develop partner pipelines, proactively progressing opportunities toward successful closure.
- Establish trusted relationships and build strong mindshare across targeted partner accounts.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence at partner locations and engage directly with stakeholders to strengthen account relationships.
- Bring 3+ years of channel sales experience within the networking or cybersecurity sectors.
- Demonstrate previous experience delivering sales training and enabling partners or other sales teams.
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing revenue responsibilities.
- Bring a competitive, self-starting, and hunter-oriented mindset with the drive to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Demonstrate exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand partner needs and clearly articulate value.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where priorities and opportunities can evolve quickly.
- Possess strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and capture mindshare with partners.
- Hold a college or university degree or equivalent relevant educational background.
- Be comfortable working frequently outside a traditional office environment and maintaining an active presence at partner locations.
