  • Identify opportunities to adapt established marketing frameworks, test new approaches, and pilot innovative partner programs.
  • Travel approximately 15–20% to support partner engagement and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience supporting partner-led or co-marketing programs.
  • Experience designing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline generation and partner growth.
  • Experience working with national, strategic, or high-growth partners is a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders effectively.

  • Comfortable using CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Asana to evaluate partner performance and MDF ROI.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, generate insights, and enhance program execution.
  • Clear and practical communication skills, with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders and turn strategy into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use pipeline, conversion, and performance data to guide marketing decisions.
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in cybersecurity, AI-enabled security solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work remotely and legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.
